On April 23, 2026, the 19th Annual Conference of China Scientific Instruments (ACCSI 2026), one of the most influential gatherings in the scientific instrument sector in China, was held in Beijing. The scale of Welch Materials' impact was highlighted by its 2025 performance metrics. The company achieved an annual sales volume exceeding 77,000 chromatography columns, reaching customers in 94 countries and serving a global client base of over 50,000 entities.

A pivotal moment in the address was regarding the company’s industrialization capabilities. Mr. Lu shared the commencement of operation of the Welch Nanjing Chromatography Packing Material Production Base in January 2026. This facility serves as the company’s core hub for research, innovation, and full-chain manufacturing.

"The Nanjing base represents a milestone in 'Intelligent Manufacturing' for China," Lu stated. "With a capacity to produce 190,000 chromatography columns and 30 tons of purification materials annually, we are positioned to provide even more reliable and robust solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, and environmental industries."
