Quality Control at the Source of Oligonucleotide Manufacturing: Phosphoramidite Monomer Purity Analysis Using Welch Columns
High-purity phosphoramidite monomers are essential for reliable oligonucleotide manufacturing. In this article, we present applications evaluating Welch Materials Advanchrom C18 and Xtimate C18 for phosphoramidite purity analysis, demonstrating excellent resolution, high column efficiency, and chromatographic purities above 98%.
