Advanchrom SCX

Advanchrom SCX is a high-performance column designed for protein separation. It is built on advanced monodisperse nonporous polymer microspheres and utilizes a proprietary surface bonding technology. This column is ideal for the separation and characterization of charge variants in monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs).

Features:

  • High resolution and outstanding selectivity for charge variants of antibody molecules
  • Advanced polymer bead technology, yielding high eciency and excellent batch-to-batch consistency
  • Proprietary surface modification, oering minimized non-specific adsorption and high recovery rates
