The theoretical plate number for 10 µm column is greater than 35000/m; for 5 μm column, it is greater than 75000/m, and the peak symmetry is around 0.95~1.20.

Ultisil ODS-3 column is a universal C18 column compatible with 100% aqueous phases. It has minimal adsorption for both acidic and basic compounds, ensuring excellent peak shapes. Ideal for the separation and analysis of a wide range of compounds.
