Welch preparative column uses the same packing materials as does analytical column, to ensure the best reproducibility of analysis and preparative scale. Special packing technique and stainless modular column tube ensure the stability of column bed. The theoretical plate number for 10 μm column is greater than 35000/m; for 5 μm column, it is greater than 75000/m, and the peak symmetry is around 0.95~1.20.

Ultisil LP-Aq is a HPLC column designed to withstand 100%–0% aqueous environments. Featuring short-chain alkyl bonding technology, it can withstand strong acidic conditions, maintaining high stability of stationary phase even at low pH. It is particularly suitable for the separation of polar compounds in low to medium pH environments. Compared to the LP-C18 column, it offers distinct selectivity under the same chromatographic conditions.
