Conclusion:
Using Welchrom® P-SCX solid phase extraction column (60 mg/3 mL), the spiked recovery rates of Desloratadine, Mebhydrolin, Loratadine, Brompheniramine, Pheniramine, Cyclizine, Diphenhydramine, Hydroxyzine, and Chlorpheniramine were 95.3%, 95.6%, 94.3%, 89.3%, 93.3%, 88.3%, 90.7%, 97.3%, and 69.6% respectively. The column spiked recovery rates meet the requirements.

Using Welchrom® P-SCX solid phase extraction column (60 mg/3 mL), the recovery rates of Desloratadine, Mebhydrolin, Loratadine, Brompheniramine, Pheniramine, Cyclizine, Diphenhydramine, Hydroxyzine, and Chlorpheniramine in cosmetics were 103.7%, 97.1%, 100.0%, 98.6%, 95.2%, 95.5%, 95.5%, 104.3%, and 73.7% respectively. The sample recovery rates meet the requirements.
