Note | The solubility of the sample is small, and about 1 mg of ER-I should be dissolved in at least 3 mL of acetonitrile; about 1 mg of ER-II should be dissolved in at least 2 mL of acetonitrile. After being placed for two days over the weekend, some solutes were precipitated. Considering the high principal component response at this detection wavelength, a slightly lower concentration can still be accurately quantified. It is recommended to weigh about 1 mg of sample and dissolve it in 10 mL of acetonitrile to avoid quantitative errors caused by solute precipitation. |
