Ultisil XB-NH2, 3μm, 4.6×33mm, 1/pk
Ultisil XB-NH2 column is based on propyl-amino silane, mostly used in normal phase, but can also be used in reversed phase. When in normal phase, it can be used for weak anion-exchange compounds, while in reversed-phase for polar compounds. XB-NH2 column could reach equilibrium faster than a silica column and is not as sensitive to the water content of the mobile phase as a silica column.
