Mobile Phase
Mobile phase A: Take 23 g of phosphoric acid to add 1000 ml of water to prepare a 23 g / L phosphoric acid solution. Take 5 ml of chromatographic acetonitrile, 125ml23 g / L phosphoric acid solution and 870ml water mix, shake well, ultrasonic degassing.
Mobile phase B: Take 23 g of phosphoric acid to add 1000 ml of water to prepare a 23 g / L phosphoric acid solution. Take 475 ml of chromatographic acetonitrile, 125ml23 g / L phosphoric acid solution and 400ml water mixed, shake well, ultrasonic degassing.
