Mobile Phase
Mobile phase A: weigh 1.36g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, dissolve it in 1000ml of water, add 12ml of 25% tetrabutylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution, adjust the pH value to 7.0 with phosphoric acid, mix well, filter by suction and Degas by ultrasonic. Mobile phase B: take the color spectrum of pure acetonitrile and degassing by ultrasonic.
