In this paper, the content of luteolin in honeysuckle was determined by phenyl column according to the conditions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Column: Ultisil® Phenyl Ether (4.6×250mm, 5μm);

Mobile phase: AB two-phase gradient elution;


Preparation of mobile phase:

Mobile phase A: 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution, 500ml purified water, adding 2.5ml glacial acetic acid, ultrasonic mixing, extraction filtration, obtained;

Mobile phase B: chromatographic grade acetonitrile, extraction and filtration, available;

Wavelength: 350nm;

Temperature: 30℃.
