Wolfberry contains a variety of amino acids, and contains betaine, zeaxanthin, acid berry red and other special nutrients, so that it has a very good health care effect.

Wolfberry nature is relatively mild, eating a little more harmless, but if uncontrolled, eating too much will also make people angry. Dry is easy to preserve, ordinary bags are generally 70% to 80% dry, it is not suitable to accumulate a large number of inventory, often take out under the sun to dry, otherwise it will be sticky and metamorphic for a long time.
In this article, inverse C18 column was used to determine the content of betaine in Wolfberry fruit. Compared with amino column and ion exchange column in many current papers, C18 column has better life and reproducibility.
