Before processing

Conventional column passing and purification methods

Conventional purification methods can not elution all impurities, and these impurities can significantly affect the peak of AFlatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, and cannot be separated by changing the chromatographic conditions.
The eluent is purified by adding Tween 20

If similar interference occurs when the immunoaffinity column method is used to detect aflatoxin in other sample substrates, different concentrations of Tween 20 can also be tried for purification purposes.
