Application Range
It is suitable for the determination of acetylsalicylic acid in facial paste, cream and lotion cosmetics for whitening and moisturizing purposes (the substrate used here is lotion).
Reference standard: Detection of acetylsalicylic acid in imported cosmetics SN/T 2290-2009
Extraction Steps
Weigh 1g sample accurately(0.01g) in 15 ml centrifuge tube with plug. Then add 10 ml methanol and mix well. Extract by ultrasound for 10 min, centrifuge at 8000r/min for 5 min, take the supernatant to filter through 0.22um filter membrane to be tested.

Mobile phase: acetonitrile: tetrahydrofuran: acetic acid: water =20:5:70
Flow rate：1.0mL/min
Column temp: 30℃
Injection volume: 10μL
