Mobile Phase
A: 2.0061g Sodium perchlorate monohydrate, dissolve in 800mL water, add 0.5g triethylamine, adjust pH to 3.6 with phosphoric acid, add 200mL acetonitrile. B: 2.0049g Sodium perchlorate monohydrate, dissolve in 300mL water, add 0.5g triethylamine, adjust pH to 2.6 with phosphoric acid, add 700mL acetonitrile.
