    ToxinStarTM photochemical post-column derivatization reactor is widely used in liquid chromatography detection analysis, when used put in between the chromatographic column and detector, proceed post-column photochemical derivative to improve the sensitivity of fluorescence, uv, electrochemical detection and chemiluminescence detector and the selectivity of response. 
    When adopts liquid chromatography- fluorescence method to detect the aflatoxin, using photochemical derivatization reactor to process the post-column derivatization, with no need for any chemical reagent, can effectively enhance the fluorescence intensity of aflatoxin B1 and G1, the sensitivity of aflatoxin B1 and G1 can reach below to 0.5ppb. 
    The photochemical post-column derivatization photochemical reaction unit besides applied to aflatoxin detection, also can be applied to large quantities of barbiturates, amino acids, peptides, aflatoxin, vitamin and sulfa drugs etc. analysis. When HPLC method to detect sulfa drugs, it also can enhance the fluorescence intensity of sulfa drugs: Sulfadiazine, Sulfapyridine, Sulfamerazine, Sulfadimidine, Sulfamethoxydiazine, Sulfaquinoxaline, the sensitivity can reach to about 10 ppb.
